Runcie McAdams

A seven-year-old boy was at the centre of a London courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulations requiring that family unity be maintained to the degree possible. The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried out that they also beat him. After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him. After two recesses to check legal references and confer with child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club whom the boy firmly believes are incapable of beating anyone. 29.10.08 21:00 Bottenham vs. Arsenal

Baxrus
Sikkert gammelt, men jeg poster den: Spurs were today rocked by more bad news, on learning that defender Vedran Corluka has suffered a relapse, following his head injury on Sunday. "He had regained consciousness and everything appeared to be okay," confirmed a Spurs spokesman. “Sadly the blow to his head seems to have brought on a case of temporary Amnesia. Vedran was up on his feet, saying he couldn’t wait to get back to training with Robinho and Shaun Wright Phillips”. “We had to remind him that he was now a Tottenham player”. Corluka has since slipped into a deep depression and refuses to leave hospital. “it’s sad really, all he does is look out of the window, not speaking to anyone, and occasionally shaking his head and mumbling to himself”. Spurs boss Juande Ramos was also unavailable for any coherent comments.
