I don’t know about you but I am sick and tired of reading the blokes whining. He has a regular first team place; he has an England cap, so why doesn’t he get over it? He asked to go, and got what he wanted. Asked by Sky Sports News what he thought of Bentley’s complaint that there were no laughs at Arsenal, and that he branded the atmosphere at Arsenal as "boring", Paul answered straight away that if Bentley wanted laughs he should become a comedian. Merson could not see a lot of laughs in losing 4-1 at home to Coventry (nice one Paul). He argued that Arsenal have fun by winning games, and that at the end of matches they celebrate and have a laugh like no other team. That’s when Arsenal fool around, not in training.
