LFC drar i fra oss på tabellen. Spilte akkurat 3-0 mot Bolton. Crouch hadde visst et nydelig brassespark.

Ser ut til at Chelsea går på nok en uavgjort. 2-2 nå på stamford bridge.

Yessda, 1-0 til Blackburn. Nå gjelder det bare å vinne kampen som starter om 30 min.

Da vant Henry i alle fall "French player of the year award"

Thierry Henry has won the French Player of the Year award for the fourth year in succession. It is the fifth time the Arsenal captain has won the honour during his career.

 

Henry led his club to the Final of the Champions League for the first time in their history, scoring the winning goal against Real Madrid in the Bernabeu Stadium and netting against Juventus en route to a Paris showdown with Barcelona.

 

The 29-year-old was also a key man for France as they reached the World Cup Final in Germany. Henry scored the goal which saw off tournament favourites Brazil in the Quarter Finals and was on also on target in group games against South Korea and Togo.

På Arsenal.com i dag kan man lese at Wenger fortsatt har som mål å vinne tittelen i år.

Arsenal took a valuable draw away from Stamford Bridge on Sunday but are still 18 points adrift of leaders Manchester United, albeit with a game in hand.

 

Afterwards the manager re-iterated his argument that, although Arsenal are well off the pace, he believes if they concentrate on their own game they can still contest England’s top honour.

 

“I do not look at Chelsea or Manchester United,” he said. “I look at my team and we want to win the title.

We have won at Manchester United, we have beaten Liverpool and we came close to winning here at Chelsea. That tells you there is a big potential in this side.

Greit nok å ha langsiktige mål, men syns det blir litt i overkant optimistisk, med tanke på nåværende tabellposisjon og statistikker. Vi har slått Man Utd og Liverpool, og uavgjort mot Chelsea, ja, men det syns jeg ikke bør være grunnlag nok med tanke på et par kamper som vi burde ha vunnet tidligere i år. Vi har jo hatt litt uflaks, men allikevel...

Syns det viktigere å ta en kamp av gangen jeg, og det bør vi kanskje gjøre også?
